Collection and Use of Information

Bath Publishing Limited collects information from their users when the users sign up to receive the client services offered. The information is used for the purposes of creating and maintaining a secure login procedure and for billing. Bath Publishing Limited does not sell, rent or otherwise disseminate this information to others. In order to access as a Free user or buy a Professional subscription to the Employment Claims Toolkit service, users must first register by completing a registration form. The user is required to give the following information: name, email address, firm or organisation name and firm or personal user address. The visitor will also have to enter their chosen password. The registration process will fail unless the user completes all these fields. It is not possible for the Employment Claims Toolkit website to validate email addresses, apart from checking that an @ sign is present. Therefore, it is the user’s responsibility to supply an email address at which Bath Publishing Limited can contact the user.
